Just to make you aware that hundreds of users in the UK have reported problems with Virgin Media and BT internet providers, as well as with Microsoft.
Problems began yesterday morning and are still persisting. If you can’t contact a member of staff working remotely or indeed anyone else, now you know why.
Yesterday morning alone there were over 9,000 reported issues.
